Venue Information
The conference was held at Trent University, Bata Library. We met in the AJM Smith Conference Room on the first floor of the library.
Parking is available in the lot immediately south of the library. Please collect parking passes from registration desk in conference room upon arrival.

Accommodation Information
Accommodation is available at the Holiday Inn Peterborough Waterfront at a reduced conference rate starting at $119.00 (+ taxes) / night. All conference sessions will be held at Trent University. Accommodation reservations can be made directly with the Holiday Inn Peterborough Waterfront, 1-866-258-5181 or 705-743-1144 (dial 1 for reservations), or by email hi-peterborough@fortisproperties.com. Please indicate it is for CNEH 2014.

A conference fee of $150.00 per delegate is required for the 2014 CNEH conference. Please fill out your personal information on the CNEH Web Form and then mail a cheque, payable to Queen’s University, to: Byron Lew, Department of Economics, Trent University, 1600 West Bank Drive, Peterborough ON K9J 7B8 The conference fee covers meals during the conference, coffee, room and facility rentals as well as parking at Trent University. It does not include dinners.

Travel Information
Car Rentals
There are numerous car rental options at the Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ Car Rentals). Rental rates around the time of the conference start at approximately $51 CAD per day.
MiniBus Transfers
Century Transportation offers shuttles from Pearson to Peterborough, booked in advance. Contact them directly at 1.800.465.5987 or email patriciama@centurytransportation.ca, and indicate you are attending a conference at Trent University. They will do their best to maximize the number of riders per shuttle to lower the per person cost, but even if you are alone they offer Trent’s corporate rate to conference participants.
